Steadying

Steadying (穩態(愛), runtime id: stable) is a Δ stance — difference is here, and connection is here too; the system can hold.

Field definition

Difference is here, and so is connection; the system can carry it for now.

The difference has not vanished. The real thing is that difference is present, and connection is still present alongside it.

Three time windows

  • Emotion — love, ease, belonging: heat that has become a warmth you can stay inside.
  • Attitude — holding, receiving, keeping: after difference arrives, still letting connection stay unbroken.
  • Temperament — warm, steady, breathable: near such a person or system, difference does not immediately break you.

The question it asks

Are difference and connection both here? — right now, are they both still with me?

It is a tool, not a score

This is the load-bearing guardrail of the whole entry: Steadying is not the highest score. It is one stance among seven — the one where carrying happens to be possible right now. It is not a finish line, and not proof of being more mature than a boundary, a release, or a retreat. Each of the seven can be mature, and each can slip.
