Releasing
Releasing (斷裂態, runtime id: fractured) is a Δ stance — some paths are closing, and the system needs to let an ending be real.
Field definition
Some paths are closing; this is where mourning, seeing-off, and making-room live.
The pain here is often because a path that mattered is genuinely no longer there. Releasing lets the ending be true, instead of dragging a closed path open as though it were still alive.
Three time windows
- Emotion — sorrow, loss, heartbreak, regret, emptiness: the heat of a path that has truly closed.
- Attitude — mourning, seeing-off, making-room: letting an ending count, and not forcing a shut path to stay open.
- Temperament — deep, weighty, able to see off: others sense someone who seems to know what can be kept and what must be let go.
The question it asks
Has this path truly ended? And if it has, can I let the ending be real?
It is a tool, not a score
Releasing is not weakness or giving up. Letting a path close can be the most responsible and most alive thing available — it is how room is made for whatever comes next. It is read by consequence, not penalized as a stance.
